There are 3 ways for you to buy 1Clic MAX service:
1. Online (paid by credit card); minimum is $10 per transaction

The maximum amount of credit you can add is $200.

If you purchased by cash with your local reseller, they may give you a written receipt or for your convenience, you may receive a text message receipt to your cell phone. If you purchased over the phone, the receipt can be texted to you also. If you purchased online, you can print a confirmation page.

If you are a first time customer, to protect your identity and for your security, we may ask for verification documentation prior to posting a credit to your account. If you are a returning customer who has passed verification before, please contact customer service so that we can confirm verification has been cleared and you are ready to purchase.

All purchases are final. However if you feel that you are not getting maximum premium routes to your destination, please contact customer service for assistance from our technical support team.

YES! Currently we use software that does not make your full account number accessible once it has been saved in the system. Only the last digits we are able to see for verification purposes

It is an available option for you if you would like to store your information on file so that next time you call or make a payment; you only have to confirm the last 4 digits of the card rather than providing the full 16 digit account number.

You may recharge your account for a minimum of $1 in stores. Online or through our Customer Service line, the minimum is $25.

Easy! 2Way Pinless connects your friends and family abroad by providing them with a local number to call which will connect them to you using your PinLess account in the States. All they have to do is dial the local access number, then dial 1+ your number in the USA.

You just have to register their numbers as a 1Click on your account. A text message will be sent to you and the person abroad with the local access number to dial with no charge to you!

No! The 2 Way Pinless feature does not cost extra. It is one of the many features of 1Clic MAX. The person calling you from the international destination will simply use your Pinless account. Each call, regardless of country of origin, will cost 6.9¢ per minute!
